How Does the CoveRex Inflatable Topper Work?

Unlike standard air‑filled products, the CoveRex uses drop‑stitch core construction, which allows the topper to inflate into firm, flat surfaces that maintain structural integrity under pressure.

✔ Drop‑Stitch Core Technology

Thousands of interwoven high‑strength polyester threads create rigid panels once inflated.

✔ Hybrid PVC Sidewalls

Proprietary PVC blend engineered for superior air retention, flexibility, and long‑term durability.

✔ U.V. Protected Coating

Resists sun damage and material degradation for long‑term outdoor use.

The result is a topper that performs like a hard shell — but deflates and stores like soft gear.
